Alaska Bar Ass'n Bylaws art. XII, § 2
Amendments by the Members
In accordance with the provisions of Bar Rule 62, any
Bylaw adopted or amended by the Board of Governors may be
modified or rescinded, or a new Bylaw adopted by a vote of
the active members of the Association at any annual business
or emergency meeting.
