Alaska Bar Ass'n Bylaws art. VIII, § 1
Annual Business Meeting
The annual business meeting of the Alaska Bar
Association shall be held within the State at the time and at the
place that is selected by the Board of Governors. Notice of the
annual business meeting shall state the time and place
scheduled for holding the meeting, and shall be provided to the
members of the Alaska Bar Association at least six months
before the meeting.
