Alaska Bar Ass'n Bylaws art. VI, § 3
President-Elect
The President-Elect shall assist the President. If the
President resigns or is unable to act, the President-Elect shall
fulfill the duties of President. The President-Elect shall
succeed to the Presidency when the term for which the
President was elected expires, or when there is a vacancy in the
office of President, whichever first occurs. The President-Elect
shall furnish the Executive Director with a list of the members
of each Bar Rule and Standing Committee of the Association
whose terms begin on the next first day of July. The President-Elect has those other duties which the Board of Governors
directs.
