Alaska Bar Ass'n Bylaws art. IV, § 6
Vacancy
As provided in AS 08.08.070, a vacancy on the Board of
Governors from among the elected members shall be filled by
appointment by a majority vote of the Board, and a vacancy
from among the appointed members shall be filled by the
governor of the State.
