Alaska Criminal Pattern Jury Instruction 4.16.050(l)(3)
Previously Convicted
"Previously convicted" means a conviction [or an adjudication as a delinquent] for misconduct involving a controlled substance, driving under the influence, refusal to submit to chemical test, minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol, or minor’s refusal to submit to chemical test.
