Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance - Fifth Degree - Possession of VIA Controlled Substance

, the defendant in this case, has been charged with the crime of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the fifth degree.

To prove that the defendant committed this crime, the state must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant knowingly possessed one or more preparations, compounds, mixtures, or substances of an aggregate weight of one ounce or more containing a schedule VIA controlled substance.
