Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance - Fourth Degree - False Information - Controlled Substance
, the defendant in this case, has been charged with the crime of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the fourth degree.
To prove that the defendant committed this crime, the state must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant knowingly furnished false or fraudulent information from any application, report, record, or other document required to be kept or filed under AS 17.30.
