Disorderly Conduct - Public/Private Place (Intentional)
, the defendant in this case, has been charged with the crime of disorderly conduct.
To prove that the defendant committed this crime, the state must prove beyond a reasonable doubt each of the following elements:
(1) the defendant knowingly made noise;
(2) the noise was unreasonably loud;
(3) the defendant was in a [public place] [private place of another without consent]; and
(4) the defendant intended to disturb the peace and privacy of another.
