Alaska Criminal Pattern Jury Instruction 11.46.510(a)(1)
Forgery – Third Degree
_________________________, the defendant in this case, has been charged with the crime of forgery in the third degree.
To prove that the defendant committed this crime, the state must prove beyond a reasonable doubt each of the following elements:
(1) that the defendant [falsely made] [falsely completed][falsely altered] a written instrument, and
(2) that the defendant did so with the intent to defraud.
