Lack of Culpability for Underlying Crime No Defense

You may find the defendant guilty of solicitation even if [the defendant belongs to a class of persons who by definition are legally incapable in an individual capacity of committing the crime that was the object of the solicitation][a person whom the defendant solicited could not be guilty of the crime that was the object of the solicitation].
