Charging Document Not Evidence

The charge[s] in this case [is][are] only [an] accusation[s] against the defendant. The filing of charges is not evidence of the defendant’s guilt, and you should not permit yourself to be influenced to any extent, even slightly, against the defendant because of the filing of the charge[s].
