Wrongful Death Action - Identity of Parties
The plaintiff in this case is the personal representative of [decedent], who is deceased. This lawsuit arises out of the death of [decedent]. The law allows the plaintiff to bring this lawsuit on behalf of the deceased's [spouse] [and] [children] [and] [[other] beneficiaries] [estate].
